In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, and except for the legally established exceptions, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without the need for justification and without any penalty.
The user may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following the formalisation of the registration, i.e. the time at which payment is made.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the decision to withdraw from the contract must be notified by means of a declaration by email to info@forummusikae.com.
We will inform the person concerned by email of the receipt of the withdrawal.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication about the exercise of this right is sent before the end of the corresponding period (14 calendar days from the day after the enrolment).
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out this refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund, except in the case of the fee for making a transfer in your favour, which will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded.
Once the legal cancellation period has elapsed, the user may request, by email to info@forummusikae.com, the cancellation of the registration until 30th June 2024 with a penalty of 50% of the registration fee. After this date, cancellations will not be accepted with a refund of the registration fee, except in circumstances beyond one’s control and provided that the cancellation is justified with supporting documentation.
There will be no refund of the price of Summer Forum Musikae either of the price of the residence nor lunches for the days that the student does not attend.
