Krisztina Fejes performs a wide repertoire including works by J.S.Bach, Scarlatti, Beethoven, Chopin, Schumann, Brahms, Saint Saens, Albéniz, Ravel, Debussy and contemporary music. As a native Hungarian, she is keenly attracted to the pieces of Franz Liszt and Béla Bartók. Ms. Fejes often performs Liszt’s Sonata in B Minor, Totentanz, Ravel Piano Concerto for left hand as well as Beethoven piano sonatas, concertos and Bartók pieces. She is endowed with a dynamic, temperamental and evocative style of playing. Remarkable features of her performances include large variety of the sound, fantasy of the phrasing and the natural musical breath. She sends musical messages toward the audience and transfares the sound and the concept all over the concert hall.
