High School of Music Forum Musikae

Born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria he began his musical studies with Maestros R. Jaimez, J.A. Garcia and later in Madrid with E. Correa .
Also trained as student and pedagogue at Reina Sofía High School of Music as an Assistant Professor of the Sony Violoncello Chair conducted by Frans Helmerson.
He has been awarded First Prize for multiple National contests (Musical Youth, Directorate General of Music).
He participates regullary in prestigious Chamber Music Cycles with groups such as Plural Ensemble or Zarabanda.
Principal Cellist of the National Orchestra of Spain. Professor at Superior Conservatory of Music of the Canary and Guest Professor at Rotterdam Conservatory.
Member of the faculty of Music at Compostela bettween 2013 – 2018 and recently joined the International Jury A. Janigro (Croatia ).
Associated Artist of Quantum Ensemble.
He is playing an instrument J. Guadagnini’s “Il Soldato “ (1800) on loan from the Fundación Columbus.
