He began studies under professor Vladimir Katzarov, later obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree at Padre Antonio Soler Higher Conservatory of Music, El Escorial. After completion of the degree with the highest honours he was awarded a Bachelor Extraordinary Award.

Then, he pursued further education at the Queen Sofía College of Music, Madrid, where he studied with José Luís García Asensio, Víctor Ambroa and Vicente Huerta.

He was awarded a scholarship by the La Caixa Fellowship Program for studies in the U.S.A. and he pursued postgraduate studies, a Performer Diploma and a Master of Music Degree, at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, United States where he studied with Mauricio Fuks and Mark Kaplan.

He has participated in masterclasses in violin performance under Alfredo García Serrano, Igor Malinovsky, Agustín León Ara, Félix Ayo, Zakhar Bron, Hermann Krebbers, Robert Masters, Federico Agostini, Chee-Yun Kim, and has received extensive chamber music formation with Antonello Farulli, Ik-Hwan Bae, Reiko Neriki, Jerry Horner, Cliff Colnot o Alan de Veritch.

He has been awarded First Prize at the City of Soller Competition, VII Ruperto Chapí National Competition and I City of Xàtiva National Competition. He has been a member or has collaborated with orchestras such as Freixenet Chamber Orchestra, Columbus Indiana Philharmonic Orchestra (CIP), Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra (THSO), Comunitat Valenciana Orchestra, Roquetas de Mar Baroque Ensemble (OBAROQ), Menorca Chamber Orchestra (OCIM), Ibiza Symphony Orchestra, Málaga Symphony Orchestra, Hispanian Symphony Orchestra (HSO) and Almería City Orchestra (OCAL).

He currently combines his artistic concert life with a tenured position as a violin professor at the Almería Royal Conservatory of Music (RCPMA).
